By registering an Account on Jili Ma, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Jili Ma platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To use the Jili Ma platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process at /register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on Jili Ma. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If Jili Ma determines that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances in those Accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Jili Ma will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Jili Ma immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
Jili Ma is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its KYC obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation as requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your Account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Jili Ma reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that Jili Ma deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Jili Ma accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at Jili Ma's discretion. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount on Jili Ma is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your Account verification status.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Jili Ma Account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your Account balance. Jili Ma is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All transactions on the Jili Ma platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Note: Jili Ma does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and your Account may be subject to review.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Jili Ma Account, you must have completed the KYC verification process and have a verified payment method on file. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
Jili Ma aims to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at any given time.
Jili Ma reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of any such delays where permitted by law.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the Player may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.
Jili Ma may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Jili Ma reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions at any time.
Jili Ma strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses and promotional offers. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Jili Ma reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus abuse and to suspend or terminate the Accounts of Players found to have engaged in such conduct.
Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance. Jili Ma is not obligated to provide notice prior to the expiry of bonus funds.
All bets placed on Jili Ma are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details, including the selection, stake amount, and bet type, before confirming any wager. Jili Ma will not be liable for any errors made by the Player in placing a bet.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on Jili Ma. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by Jili Ma at any time without prior notice.
Jili Ma reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event that has been cancelled or suspended, or placed in circumstances where Jili Ma has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or manipulation. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your Jili Ma Account balance promptly following the settlement of the relevant event or game round. Jili Ma reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Jili Ma reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. Jili Ma will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili Ma platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Jili Ma's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jili Ma does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
